This thread answers most of the frequently asked questions about Zentic.


Q: What do I do if I think I was falsely punished?

A: You can submit a ban appeal here: https://zentic.cc/ban-appeal or you can submit a blacklist appeal here: https://zentic.cc/blacklist-appeal

 

Q: Can I get my punishment reduced even if I was rightfully punished?

A: Yes, you may appeal in the according sections. However, you will likely stay punished if it is temporary or an illegal affairs blacklist.

 

Q: What does “Escalated” mean?

A: It means that it has been forwarded to higher staff members for review.

 

Q: I bought items from the store and didn’t receive them, what do I do?

Q: Where can I apply for staff?

Q: I was immediately blacklisted when I joined for the first time, what do I do?

A: If you tried joining from a blacklisted account on your IP it will cause your account to also become blacklisted. This is likely because you account shared, used public alts, or bought an account from a third party website. We are not responsible for this and because of that you will likely remain blacklisted.

 

Q: My account was compromised and someone got me banned, what do I do?

A: Your account is your responsibility and because or that you will not be unbanned.

 

Q: Can I use ____ mod?

A: You can go to https://zentic.cc/rules and scroll down to see which mods and clients are allowed and which are not. If it is not allowed and not disallowed then the mod is use at your own risk. If you are still not sure and want an answer then you can contact staff.

 

Q: Can I file a chargeback?

A: No, when you make a purchase you agree to our terms and conditions which state that chargebacks are not allowed.

 

Q: What if I have questions that are not answered here?

A: You can contact a staff member via forum conversation, Discord, in game message, etc. to ask them your question.
